We normally charge on a time spent basis. Our hourly rates are set according to the prevailing market condition in Thailand and vary depending on the experience of our professional staff. We also offer a fixed rate for certain legal services, such as incorporation of a company, non-complex agreement and work permit and visa.

          We are flexible to discuss alternative fees structure that fits the need of each individual/entity.
