             Nirut graduated from Thammasart University's Faculty of Law in 1986.  and obtained a master's degree in law from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio (USA) in 1994.

          He advises clients on complex corporate structuring and general commercial law.  He also has extensive experience in real estate transactions land, condominiums, hotels and resorts and environmental law. 

          Nirut provides strategic advice on real estate development to foreign and domestic clients.  and has represented a number of foreign clients in real estate transactions on three of Thailand’s most popular islands in the south: Phuket and Samui.

          He also has expertise in employment and labor and immigration law.  He counsels multinational employers on a wide range of employment law matters, with an emphasis on employment contracts, employment litigation and transfer and termination of employment.

          Nirut is a regular keynote speaker on real estate law, property development, and labor and employment law.
